  • Theme Planning Advice and recommendations

  • Assistance with choosing color palettes and event design themes

  • Personalized budget breakdown & payment recommendations

  • Unlimited Site visits during venue selection process

  • Assistance with menu coordination and attend tastings

  • Assistance with invitation selections, design and wording

  • Advice on guest list planning

  • RSVP tracking and service

  • Customization of detailed floor plan for your event

  • Attendance of venue walkthroughs 

  • Attendance of all vendor appointments (if necessary)

  • Negotiate vendor contracts & proposals

  • Site visit to perform venue walkthrough and finalize details

  • Personalized day of itinerary creation and distribution to all vendors

  • Hired Vendor Management (event hall, design schemes, stationery, floral, linens, lighting and event décor, catering, photography, and videography)
